The goals of this conference are to provide participants with the most up-to-date knowledge concerning some of the “HOT TOPICS” currently in veterinary anesthesia and analgesia.

Lectures will focus on new, yet practical techniques recently requested by previous attendees. Topics include the use of non-opioid analgesic and pre-medication techniques, clin¬ically useful constant rate infusions, new ideas concerning fluid therapy and inhalant use, the efficacy of cannabinoids, and current recommendations for euthanasia techniques.
A questions and answer period will also be incorporated.

Participants will leave with a thorough understanding of how to incorporate state of the art anesthetic and analgesic techniques into their current protocols to enhance patient care and client satisfaction.
