Dr. Lori Renda-Francis is a professor and the Director of the Veterinary Technician Program at Macomb College. She has over 30 years of experience educating college students on various fields of study including; surgical assisting, clinical pathology, anatomy and physiology, animal behavior, and serves as the Internship Site Coordinator.
She received her Associates of Applied Science Degree in 1984 from Macomb College, her Bachelors of Business Administration Degree from Rochester College in 1999, and her Masters of Arts in Education from Central Michigan University in 2002. Lori received her PhD in Organizational Management/Leadership from Capella University in 2011.
Lori is recognized nationally and has served on various boards such as the American Animal Hospital Association, Association of Veterinary Technician Educators, and the National Association of Veterinary technicians in America.
Lori currently serves as the NAVTA Board Advisor and the Student Chapter Chairperson.
