Ed Carlson has held multiple positions with the IVG Network of Hospitals, Inc. since joining the organization in 2001; Veterinary Technician in Internal Medicine, Emergency Critical Care, and General Practice, Technician Supervisor, Head Technician and Hospital Manager of Bulger Veterinary Hospital. Ed is currently the Technician Learning and Development Specialist of IVG Hospitals working to provide internal training programs and internal and external continuing education lectures. He is active in the Massachusetts Veterinary Technician Association, serving on the Executive Council as the MVTA Treasurer, is the Secretary of the State of Massachusetts Animal Response Team (SMART), serves on the New Hampshire Veterinary Technician Association Executive Board, is the NH state representative to NAVTA, a member of the Academy of Veterinary Nutrition Technicians, and is a Member at Large of the NAVTA Executive Board. Ed lives in Haverhill, Ma on a small hobby farm where he and his partner Walter raise Dexter Cattle.
