Neurology: Seizing the Core Components of Veterinary Conditions is a comprehensive 6-week course covering the neurology system of small and large animals. It begins with the complete neurology exam, focusing on sensorium, gait and posture, muscle tone, spinal nerve reflexes, cranial nerves, vision, palprebral fissure, strabismus, nystagmus, facial and trigeminal neurons. The brain is covered in depth (including causes and treatments of seizures), along with the vestibular system and cerebellum disorders and diseases. The course will wind down with spinal cord injuries and diseases. Course meets the requirements for 15 RACE hours of CE credit for licensed veterinary technicians and veterinarians.
